The Florida SaberCats are a Semi-Pro Football Team based in the greater Tampa Bay area. The SaberCats were established in 2008 and are a member of the Florida Sixman Football Association, a coalition of the top Semi-Pro Football league across the county.

The SaberCats are dedicated to becoming a positive force in the local community by offering young men the opportunity, to continue to develop their football skills and potentially advance to a collegiate or professional program. The SaberCats coaches and staff will help young adults connect with college programs opening avenues that many thought would not be available to them. For players coming out of college, we can give these young men the necessary exposure to garner a possible professional career.

As the SaberCats prepare for the 2009 Season , and the SaberCats look forward to representing Pasco County with class and dignity. Come join us, and support the SaberCats when they play at home at Phillip Jones Park – Official Game Site ( Clearwater Fl ). It is the mission of the Florida SaberCats to provide our fans with the most exciting sporting environment possible at the best value for their dollar. Our program is dedicated to being competitive and giving our fans a fun experience at all times. This will be established inside a safe and secure facility making this a great event for the whole family!

SaberCats Name Head Coach

The Florida Sixman Football Association’s Florida SaberCats have taken the first steps of preparation in order to be ready for the 2009 season.

The SaberCats, who will play their games at Phillip Jones Park, 1280 Russell Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755 , have named Bruce Voyles head coach a former Head Coach for Hudson High School. The Florida SaberCats are very excited to have coach Voyles as part of our organization.
